Charging with SP Mobility just got even more convenient. A total of 63 EV charging locations, comprising about 250 charging points, will be progressively transitioned from TotalEnergies to SP Mobility’s management. This strengthens our network presence, which is across residential, commercial and workplace locations in Singapore.
From 8 December 2025, SP App users will begin to see some of these chargers on the SP App. More sites will be added progressively as onboarding and system integration are completed. Users can simply log in, scan the QR code on the charger and pay through the SP App to begin charging.
Charging rates will be aligned with the prevailing pricing at SP Mobility HDB sites. Eligible users will also enjoy ChargeUP reward points for every charge made through the SP App.
For now, existing charger configurations, including the number of charging points and charging speeds, will remain unchanged. SP Mobility will review the performance of these chargers over time, and we will, in consultation with the relevant authorities, upgrade and enhance the sites, as necessary, so that we can continue to deliver a better charging experience for our customers.
We are committed to minimising disruption throughout this transition and appreciate your patience as we bring these chargers fully online. Our goal remains the same: to provide drivers with reliable, convenient access to a growing EV charging network across Singapore.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Where are the chargers located?
These 63 locations are found across selected HDB estates. The full list of sites is provided above.
2. Is SP Mobility taking over all of TotalEnergies’ network?
No, these arrangements only apply to the TotalEnergies chargers as listed on the list. This is at a total of 63 HDB locations, covering 250 charging points.
3. When can I begin charging at these sites?
Selected chargers will be available from 8 December 2025 onwards, with the remaining sites added progressively as onboarding and safety integration are completed. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to complete this transition as quickly as possible. Our team is committed to minimising any inconvenience and ensuring you have access to a reliable charging experience soon.
4. What is the EV charging rate at these locations?
Charging rates will follow SP Mobility’s prevailing HDB tariffs.
5. How do I start charging at these chargers?
Once your car is safely parked at a designated EV charging lot, please check that your phone has an active data connection and the SP Utilities app on your phone is the latest version. Follow these steps to start your charging session:
a. On the app, navigate to the EV charging page. You can do so by tapping on the EV Charging icon at the bottom of the screen.
b. Connect the charging arm to your EV and then scan the QR code found on the charging station. Check that your EV's charging socket and the charging arm is free from obstructions before inserting the cable fully and properly into your EV. ln the unlikely scenario that the QR scanning does not work, you may also start charging by manually entering the charging station serial number located on the charging station.
c. Select your preferred payment method. Add your credit card information or select a card that has been added to the app.
d. Press start charging on your app. Your charging session should start within 15 to 20 seconds for AC charging.
e. End the charging session via "Slide to Stop Charging" on the app and then remove the charging arm from your EV. Check your EV's instruction manual on how you can safely remove the charging arm.
f. Receive your bill automatically. Your selected payment method will be automatically charged. You will also receive an onscreen receipt with a detailed breakdown of the session.
g. During charging, remember to lock your EV to ensure that the charging arm remains secure throughout the session.
6. Can I continue using the TotalEnergies app?
No. The TotalEnergies app will no longer support these chargers once they are transitioned to SP Mobility. Please switch to the SP App to continue charging without disruption.
7. Will I continue to enjoy TotalEnergies’ network incentives?
Please note that TotalEnergies’ network incentives will no longer apply to these transferred chargers. Once the transferred chargers are online on the SP app, customers can enjoy the benefits on the SP Mobility public network, including our ChargeUP rewards programme and fleet discounts, where applicable.
8. Will the chargers be upgraded over time?
While existing speeds and configurations remain for now, we will progressively review the performance of the chargers over time, and look to upgrade chargers at selected sites when necessary.
