SP Group will ramp up electric vehicle (EV) charging facilities at all Singapore Land Group (SingLand) properties by 25 per cent to offer drivers greater convenience across the island. This includes four new charging points that were launched at the revamped Singapore Land Tower in late July. Another four new charging points – including two DC fast chargers – will be installed at West Mall by end-2024, bringing the total number of charging points at SingLand’s properties to 38.
The partnership will also explore several value-added services such as seasonal promotions and subscription packages for season parking holders, aimed at attracting more EV drivers to charge at SingLand’s properties. This is part of SingLand’s long-term commitment to encourage low-carbon modes of transport at its properties.
This joint sustainability initiative builds on other green collaborations between SingLand and SP, including an agreement for SP to provide energy-efficient district cooling services to SingLand-owned Clifford Centre and the installation of GET™ Control at Singapore Land Tower.
