Base earn rate will follow SPM’s ChargeUP Rewards Programme. The earn rate will be based on user’s tier level in the programme i.e. Green 1%, Silver 5% and Gold 7%.

1. What is ChargeUP Rewards Programme?
It is SP Mobility’s rewards programme for customers who use their EV charging network. Every charge earns reward points. The more you charge, the higher your tier, the more points you earn. Click here for more information on the programme.
2. How do I earn ChargeUP Reward Points?
Simply charge your EV with us and make payment with qualifying HSBC Credit Cards. For every $1 spent on charging:

3. Can I transfer the Points or exchange them for cash?
The points are tied to specific user account. They are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except to be used to offset your next EV charging session.
4. Can I use the points at all SP Mobility chargers?
Points can be redeemed for use at EV chargers owned by SP Mobility and which are accessible by members of the public, subject to the availability of such chargers.
5. In Offer 1, what does first charge with SPM mean?
Offer 1 is only applicable if you are charging your EV with SPM for the first time using the SP App.
6. When will I receive the Points?
You will receive your Points by the end of the following month after charging your EV with SP Mobility. For example, Points will be credited into your SP App account by end December 2025 for EV charges made in November 2025.
New HSBC Credit Card Members will receive the Sign-up gift four (4) months after successful card application. For example, your card application was approved in November 2025. The sign-up gift of 30,000 Points will be credited into your SP App account by end February 2025 if you fulfil all the requirements for the sign-up gift.
7. Is there a limit on the cashback or Points that I can earn?

Offer 1: Cashback is capped at 1,000 Points and limited to the first 800 redemptions

Offer 3: Sign-up gift of $300 will be awarded in the form of 30,000 Points. No limit on the Points to be earned from payment made using a qualifying HSBC Credit Card for EV charging with SP Mobility
8. Do the points expire?
The points are valid for 12 months, through the last day of the final month. For example, Points earned in November 2025 will expire on 30 November 2026. After the validity period, unused points will be forfeited. Remember to redeem them before they expire!
