1. What are the start and end dates of this promotion?
The promotion period starts from 25 February 2025 at 00:00 hours and ends on 24 March 2025 at 23:59 hours. In partnership with Delta, SP Mobility reserves the right to terminate this promotion without prior notice. However, we will provide updates should this occur – see Question 9 below.
2. What if the charging points are not available when I arrive?
Do check the SP app on the availability of the respective chargers. Charging is only available based on a first-come, first-served basis, and is subject to charging point availability. As much as we would like to, we cannot guarantee that a charging point will be available during your visit.
If the charging point is unavailable, you may consider checking on its availability via the SP app and return later.
3. Is the promotion applicable to AC or DC charging?
The 20% off EV charging promotion is only applicable to AC charging at the EV charging points located at Block 112 Plantation Crescent, Deck 3B lots 250, 251, 252, 265, 266, and 267
4. Does the 20% off promotion apply to all charges?
The promotion covers the cost of electricity used during the charging session. Any other charging fees, such as network fees, parking fees or idle fees, are not covered and must be paid in full by the customer.
5. Is the discount applied before or after GST?
The discount is applied before GST.
6. What are idle fees?
Idle fees are fees that will apply after a charging session has ended and the vehicle is still plugged in after the end of the grace period, which is 30 minutes. Do take note that idle fees apply between 9am and 11 pm at all HDB locations.
7. Can the discount from this campaign be combined with other ongoing promotions from SP Mobility e.g. SP Mobility 7th birthday promotion of 7% off EV charging from 20 – 26 Feb 2025?
This 20% off EV charging is an exclusive promotion to celebrate the launch of our first EV charging points in Tengah. Hence, the discount cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions from SP Mobility.
8. How do I know when the promotion has ended?
Please refer to our Telegram group (https://t.me/SPmobility) for updates. The easiest way to check if the promotion is still on-going is to check if the price on the SP app still shows the discounted rate.
