1. What are the start and end dates of this campaign?

Birthday Treat 1: Enjoy 7% off all EV charging* for 7 days, from 20 - 26 February 2025

The campaign period starts from 20 February 2025 at 00:00 hours and ends on 26 February 2025 at 23:59 hours. SP Mobility reserves the right to terminate this campaign without prior notice. However, we will provide updates should this occur – see Question 5 below.

Birthday Treat 2: 20 lucky customers stand to win 7,777 reward points

The campaign period starts from 20 February 2025 at 00:00 hours and ends on 19 March 2025 at 23:59 hours. To participate in the Campaign, you must during the Campaign Period perform the qualifying activity (the “Quality Activity”) below:

    1. charge your electric vehicle (EV):
      1. for a minimum of 7 times;
      2. for a minimum of 7 kWh per charging session; and
      3. with each charging session to be performed on different days, at publicly accessible SPM-owned EV charging points, where for the avoidance of doubt, these are examples of non SPM-owned EV charging points:
        • Citibank Changi (private access only)
        • EVOne - Storhub Defu
        • EVOne - StorHub Kallang Avenue
        • Four Seasons Hotel
        • IOI Central Boulevard Towers
        • Trion Building

2. What if the charging points are not available when I arrive?

Do check the SP app on the availability of the respective chargers. Charging is only available based on a first-come, first-served basis, and is subject to charging point availability. As much as we would like to, we cannot guarantee that a charging point will be available during your visit.

If the charging point is unavailable, you may return later or search for the nearest available charging point via the SP app.

3. Is the campaign applicable to AC or DC charging?

The campaign is applicable to both AC and DC charging at all publicly accessible SP Mobility owned EV charging points.

4. Does the 7% off campaign (Birthday Treat 1) apply to all charges?

The campaign covers the cost of electricity used during the charging session, before GST. Any other charging fees, such as network fees, parking fees or idle fees, are not covered and must be paid in full by the customer.

5. How do I know when the campaign has ended?

Birthday Treat 1 ends on 26 February 2025 at 23:59 hours. The easiest way to check if the campaign is still on-going is to check if the price on the SP app still shows the discounted rate. Please also refer to our Telegram group (https://t.me/SPmobility) for regular updates.

6. Who is eligible for Birthday Treat 2?

This Campaign is open to members of the public who meet the participation requirements of the Campaign, except:

  1. persons who are employees and/or members of the management of any companies in the SP Group;
  2. persons who are immediate family members of employees and/or members of the management of any companies in the SP Group;
  3. any other persons who are directly or indirectly involved in organising, promoting and/or running the Campaign;
  4. Customers who enjoy discounted charging rates with SPM such as corporate and fleet customers; and
  5. Private condominium residents on a subscription plan, charging within their monthly quota.


7. How will I be notified of the result of the lucky draw for Birthday Treat 2?

The 7,777 reward points will be deposited into the 20 lucky customers’ respective user account in the SP app by 30 April 2025. The winners will also be notified via email.

8. Do the 7,777 reward points expire?

Reward points will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of deposit, through the last day of the final month. Any unutilised points after the validity period will expire and be forfeited.

e.g. Points credited on 7 April, 15 April and 30 April 2025 will expire on 1 May 2026 at 00:00 hours. The last day of points redemption will be on 30 April 2026.

9. Can I give away the 7,777 reward points, or exchange them for cash? 

The reward points are tied to specific user account. The points are non-transferrable. They are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
