Frequently Asked Questions
1. How many times can I claim the Christmas voucher?
You may claim the voucher once 24 December 2024, limited to the first 1,000. Vouchers will be dropped from 12pm onwards, first come first served.
2. How do I claim the voucher?
To claim and use the voucher, follow the steps here.
3. Where can I find my claimed voucher?
You can find your claimed voucher in the SP app, under the “EV Charging” page. Go to "Usage" screen > “View your Rewards” and you should see the voucher listed.
4. Will my vouchers expire?
The voucher is valid for use within 2 weeks. Strictly no extension of validity upon the expiry of the voucher on 6 January 2025.
5. Can I give away my voucher, or exchange it for cash?
Each voucher is tied to the individual user account on SP app and it is not transferable. They are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. How do I use the voucher?
Once you are ready to charge your EV, select a voucher from your payment methods in the SP app. The voucher value will be automatically deducted from the charging bill.
7. Can I use the voucher for AC or DC charging?
The voucher can be used for both AC and DC charging at EV chargers on SP Mobility's public network.
8. Are vouchers stackable?
You can use the voucher as well as EV charging rewards points to offset your charging bill. However, you cannot apply multiple vouchers in a single transaction.
9. Am I eligible for rewards points when I use the voucher to offset my charging bill?
You will still be eligible for reward points based on the cash payment amount of the charging bill that is paid after offsetting the voucher.
10. Can I use the voucher to offset idle fee?
The voucher can only be used to offset the charging bill, excluding idle fee.
11. Are fleet customers eligible for voucher promotions?
Yes, except for corporate fleet customers who are on a consolidated billing arrangement, i.e. the corporate customer pays for the charging and not the corporate customers' drivers.
12. I can't find my claimed voucher, what should I do?
Check your available vouchers in the "Usage" screen of the "EV Charging" page. If they are not there, please contact our customer support hotline at 6916 7799 or email us at emobility@spgroup.com.sg.
