1. What are the valid dates and times for this promotion?
The promotion runs from 3 to 31 August 2026. It is valid exclusively on Mondays to Fridays, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (excluding public holidays). You will enjoy the discounted rate as long as your charging session starts within this daily 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM window. For example:

SP Mobility reserves the right to terminate this promotion without prior notice. However, we will provide updates should this occur – see Question 5 below.
2. Where can I enjoy this promotion?
You can enjoy this promotion at all our Alternating Current (AC) charging points in HDB carparks. AC charging is commonly known as regular or standard-speed charging.
3. Does the 10% off promotion apply to all charges?
The promotion applies to the cost of electricity used during the charging session. Any other charging fees, such as network fees, parking fees or idle fees, are not covered and must be paid in full by the customer.
4. Is the discount applied before or after GST?
The discount is applied before GST.
5. How would I know when the promotion has ended?
Please refer to our Telegram group (https://t.me/SPmobility) for updates. The easiest way to check if the promotion is still on-going is to check if the price on the SP app still shows the discounted rate.
