1. What are the start and end dates of this promotion?
The promotion period starts from 01 June 2025 at 00:00 hours and ends on 22 June 2025 at 23:59 hours. SP Mobility reserves the right to terminate this promotion without prior notice. However, we will provide updates should this occur – see Question 10 below.
2. Is the promotion applicable to EV charging at all City Developments Limited (CDL) properties?
This promotion is only applicable at the SP Mobility-owned EV charging points located at:

3. What if the charging points are not available when I arrive?
Do check the SP app on the availability of the respective chargers. Charging is only available based on a first-come, first-served basis, and is subject to charging point availability. As much as we would like to, we cannot guarantee that a charging point will be available during your visit.
If the charging point is unavailable, you may consider returning later or searching for the nearest available charging point via the SP app.
4. Is the promotion applicable to AC or DC charging?
This promotion is applicable to both AC and DC charging at eligible locations listed in Question 2 above.
5. Why am I not getting the discount at a certain property?
The property is likely not participating in this promotion and the discount is not applicable. Please refer to the full list of participating locations listed in Question 2 above for verification.
6. Does the 8% off promotion apply to all charges?
The promotion applies to the cost of electricity used during the charging session. Any other charging fees, such as network fees, parking fees or idle fees, are not covered and must be paid in full by the customer.
7. Is the discount applied before or after GST?
The discount is applied before GST.
8. What are idle fees?
Idle fees are fees that will apply after a charging session has ended and the vehicle is still plugged in after the end of the grace period, which is 30 minutes.
9. Can the discount from this campaign be combined with other ongoing promotions from SP Mobility?
This is an exclusive promotion offered by SP Mobility for June School Holidays in collaboration with CDL malls. Hence, the discount cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions from SP Mobility.
10. How do I know when the promotion has ended?
Please refer to our Telegram group (https://t.me/SPmobility) for updates. The easiest way to check if the promotion is still on-going is to check if the price on the SP app still shows the discounted rate.
