1. What are the start and end dates of this promotion?
The promotion period starts on Wednesday 24 December 2025 at 00:00 hours and ends on Sunday 4 January 2026 at 23:59 hours. SP Mobility and Delta reserve the right to terminate this promotion without prior notice. However, we will provide updates should this occur – see Question 8 below.

3. What if the charging stations are not available when I arrive?
Do check the SP app on the availability of the respective chargers. Charging is only available based on a first-come, first-served basis, and is subject to charging station availability. As much as we would like to, we cannot guarantee that a charging point will be available during your visit.
If the charging point is unavailable, you may consider coming back later or searching for the nearest available charging point via the SP app.
4. Does the 12% off promotion apply to all charges?
The promotion applies to the cost of electricity used during the charging session. Any other charging fees, such as network fees, parking fees or idle fees, are not covered and must be paid in full by the customer.
5. Is the discount applied before or after GST?
The discount is applied before GST.
6. What are idle fees?
Idle fees are fees that will apply after a charging session has ended and the vehicle is still plugged in after the end of the grace period, which is 30 minutes.
7. Can the discount from this campaign be combined with other ongoing promotions from SP Mobility
This is an exclusive promotion offered by Delta and SP Mobility. Hence, the discount cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions from SP Mobility.
8. How do I know when the promotion has ended?
