1. What are the start and end dates of this promotion?
The promotion period starts from 1 August 2025 at 00:00 hours and ends on 31 August 2025 at 23:59 hours. Like in all our promotions, SP Mobility reserves the right to terminate this promotion without prior notice. However, we will provide updates should this occur – see Questions 4 and 15 below.
2. Do I have to charge a minimum of 60kWh in one charging session?
No. The 60kWh may be accumulated over a few charging sessions in the month of August.
3. Where can I enjoy this promotion?
You can enjoy this promotion at all publicly accessible SP Mobility-owned EV charging points, where for the avoidance of doubt, these are examples of non SPM-owned EV charging points:
- Citibank Changi (private access only)
- EVOne – 28F Penjuru Close
- EVOne - Bosch
- EVOne - Storhub Defu

4. Who can enjoy this promotion?
All SP Mobility customers may enjoy this promotion, except those who are:
- charging using Guest Checkout; or
- on corporate fleet account arrangements
5. Will SP Mobility be updating me after the first 2,000 EV drivers milestone has been reached?
No. We will need time to collate all the charging activity, and we will only inform these 2,000 eligible EV drivers in September 2025.
6. What if the charging points are not available when I arrive?
Do check the SP app on the availability of the respective chargers. Charging is only available based on a first-come, first-served basis, and is subject to charging point availability. As much as we would like to, we cannot guarantee that a charging point will be available during your visit.
If the charging point is unavailable, you may consider returning later or searching for the nearest available charging point via the SP app.
7. Is the promotion applicable to AC or DC charging?
This promotion is applicable to both AC and DC charging at all publicly accessible SP Mobility-owned EV charging points.
8. When will I receive the FREE 60kWh e-vouchers?
The first 2,000 eligible customers will receive the FREE 60kWh e-vouchers in their SP app account in September 2025. You will be notified via push notification in September 2025 if you are eligible. Stay plugged in for news from us! Opt in for push notifications via the SP app to receive the latest updates, promotions and rewards from SP Mobility.
The e-vouchers will be in denominations of 10kWh each. Eligible customers will therefore receive 6 x 10kWh e-vouchers. The e-vouchers will expire on 30 November 2025. There will be strictly no extension provided after the expiry of these e-vouchers.
9. How do I enable push notifications in the SP app?
To enable push notifications, you will have to go to the settings on your phone and search for the SP app. Thereafter, you should select the “Allow Notifications” radio button. A sample screen shot of how this may look on your phone is set out below:

10. How will I receive the e-vouchers?
To receive the e-vouchers in your SP app account, you are required to be registered with GreenUP rewards. Please complete your registration (if you haven’t yet done so) by following this step-by-step guide.
11. Where can I see my e-vouchers in SP app account?
The e-vouchers are in the “View your Rewards” tab under “GreenUP”.
Alternatively, you can also find the e-vouchers in the “Points” or “Usage” tab at the “EV Charging” page. Please click on the “View your Rewards” tab to see the e-vouchers.
12. How do I use the e-vouchers to charge?
Once you are ready to charge, select an e-voucher from “Rewards” and tap “Apply”. The voucher value will be automatically deducted from the total charging volume after you have finished charging.
13. What are the Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) for using e-vouchers?
Please note the following T&Cs:
- Customers are required to perform a minimum charge of 10kWh per session
- Only one (1) FREE 10kWh e-voucher may be used for each charging session, no stacking of e-vouchers allowed
- Expired e-vouchers will be forfeited; strictly no extensions allowed
- In the event that less than 10kWh is consumed during the charging session where the e-voucher is being used, there will be strictly no refund if the full 10kWh is not consumed during the session
14. What are idle fees?
Idle fees are fees that will apply after a charging session has ended and the EV is still plugged in after the end of the grace period, which is 30 minutes.
15. How would I know when the promotion has ended?
The promotion will end on 31 August 2025. In the event the promotion is terminated early due to unforeseen circumstances, please refer to our Telegram group (https://t.me/SPmobility) for updates.
