As we celebrate the 51st anniversary of World Environment Day this June, you could be one of five lucky EV drivers to win 51 kWh worth of free charging in EV vouchers!
To qualify for the lucky draw, all you need to do is to accumulate a total charge of at least 51 kWh from 5 June to 9 June 2024, both dates inclusive, and to follow SP Mobility’s Telegram channel. Each user is entitled to a lucky draw chance.

1. How many times can I participate in the lucky draw?
Each user who has performed a qualifying charge of a minimum 51 kWh cumulative in the 5 days between 5 June and 9 June is entitled to one lucky draw entry.
You will be automatically enrolled if you have performed a qualifying charge.
2. Can I win more than once in the lucky draw?
No - we would like to share the happiness with others too! Each user account can only win once in the lucky draw.
3. Do I qualify for the lucky draw as long as I charge on any SP charger?
The charger must be on SP's public network. Hence, charging at a landlord-owned SP charger (such “landlord-owned” chargers are indicated on the app) or at a condominium will not qualify.
There also needs to be a charge of at least 51 kWh within the five days from 5 June to 9 June 2024, both dates inclusive, and to follow SP Mobility on Telegram.
4. How will the winners be notified?
Winners will be notified via email no later than 30 June 2024.
5. How do the winners receive the 51 kWh worth of free charging?
The 51 kWh worth of free charging will be deposited into the winners' user accounts in the form of vouchers. The winners will be able to view them under "Usage" > "View your Rewards" in the "EV Charging" page.
The 51 kWh worth of free charging will be dispensed in blocks of 5 x 10.2 kWh or such other variation that SP may decide.
6. Are vouchers stackable?
Vouchers may not be stacked, and shall not be valid with other promotions.
7. When would I receive the vouchers and when do the 51 kWh of free vouchers expire?
If you are one of the five lucky winners, you will receive the vouchers no later than 30 June 2024. The vouchers will be valid until 31 July 2024. There will strictly be no extension of validity upon the expiry of the vouchers.
8. Will my vouchers be refunded if I did not use them within the stipulated dates?
Any unused vouchers past the stated expiry date will be invalid. We will not be re-issuing new vouchers for such unused vouchers.
9. Can I give away any or part of the vouchers, or exchange them for cash?
Vouchers are tied to the specific user’s account, and are not transferable. They are strictly not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. Can I use the vouchers to offset idle fees?
Charging vouchers can only be used to offset electricity consumed during an EV charging session (kWh) and may not be used to redeem idle fees.
11. How do I use the vouchers to charge?
Once you are ready to charge, select a voucher from your payment methods. The voucher value will be automatically deducted from the total charging volume.
12. Are the vouchers available for only AC or DC charging?
Vouchers can be used for both AC and DC charging at EV chargers on SP Mobility’s public network.
13. Are fleet customers eligible for voucher promotions?
Yes, except for corporate fleet customers who are on a consolidated billing arrangement, i.e. the corporate customer pays for the charging and not the corporate customers’ drivers.
14. I can't find my vouchers, what should I do?
Check your available vouchers in the "Usage" screen of the "EV Charging" page. If they are not there, please contact our customer support hotline at 6916 7799 during our operating hours for any questions or inquiries. Our operating hours are Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 11pm; and Saturdays and Sundays, 9am to 1pm (excluding public holidays). Alternatively, you can email us at emobility@spgroup.com.sg.
Terms and Conditions of the Lucky Draw
- The period for accumulating charging of at least 51 kWh is from 5 June 00:00hr to 9 June 2024, 23:59hr.
- In order to qualify:
- Each user has to charge a total minimum charge of 51 kWh during the campaign period.
- Only completed charging sessions ending before 9 June 2024, 23:59hr will be considered.
- Winners will have to join the SP Mobility Telegram channel to qualify. Winners will be requested to verify that they have done so by providing relevant information as requested to SP Mobility.
- Winners have to be natural persons, i.e. there will be no corporate winners.
- The following class of users will not qualify for the lucky draw:
- Corporate account holders and their registered drivers, except for drivers of corporate account holders who are on a post-paid arrangement.
- Users enjoying 100% discount.
- Each qualifying charge is entitled to 1 lucky draw chance.
- The lucky draw will be conducted in June 2024, after the campaign period ends.
- The lucky draw is not open to staff and employees of SP Group, as well as their immediate family members.
- Each user account shall be assumed to belong to only one person and each user account may only win once in the lucky draw. An individual winner may only win 1 lucky draw prize.
- Should the winner be uncontactable or where a winner is found to not satisfy these terms and conditions, SP Mobility reserves the right to re-award the prize of that winner to a replacement winner or forfeit the prize that was won by such winner.
- Prizes must be taken as they are and are strictly not refundable or exchangeable for cash or extendable in validity.
- SP Mobility reserves the right in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the lucky draw as it deems fit. SP Mobility also reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this lucky draw as it deems fit. In the event of any dispute, the winner's entitlement is subject to the sole discretion and final decision of SP Mobility. SP Mobility's decision is final and no correspondence or dispute will be entertained.
- By claiming any voucher or participating in this promotion, you agree that to the fullest extent permitted by law, SP Mobility shall not, in any event, be liable to you or any other party for any damages, losses, expenses, penalties or costs whatsoever (including without limitation, any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, business, custom, contracts, opportunity or failure to achieve anticipated savings in costs or expenses) arising in connection with your participation in this promotion.
