SP Mobility is celebrating National Day this August with a free 5.9 kWh voucher. Voucher is valid for use within the month of August to offset your charging cost. To claim the voucher, simply register your mobile number on the SP app. To find out how, simply visit Register to receive, claim and use EV charging vouchers.

In the month of August, get rewarded when you charge up across our island-wide public network.

  • Charge a minimum of 5 times in the month of August and receive a 5 kWh voucher.
  • Charge at least 9 times and receive a second 5 kWh voucher!

The more you charge, the more savings you get. A minimum charge of 20 kWh applies to each charging session. Vouchers will be dropped to the eligible users’ account in September 2024. Charge up your EV with SP Mobility now!

1. How many times can I claim the National Day voucher?

Each EV driver is eligible to claim the voucher once, while stocks last.

2. How do I claim the voucher?

To claim the voucher, simply register your mobile number on the SP app. To find out how, you may visit Register to receive, claim and use EV charging vouchers.

3. Where can I find my claimed voucher?

You can find your claimed or received vouchers in the "Usage" screen > “View your Rewards” when you open the "EV Charging" page through the SP app.

4. Will my vouchers expire?

The vouchers’ validity dates will be stated on the claimed vouchers. There will strictly be no extension of validity upon the expiry of the vouchers.

5. Can I give away my vouchers, or exchange them for cash?

Vouchers are tied to individual user accounts and are not transferable. They are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. How do I use the vouchers to charge?

Once you are ready to charge, select a voucher from your payment methods. The voucher value will be automatically deducted from the total charging volume.

7. Are the vouchers available for only AC or DC charging?

Vouchers can be used for both AC and DC charging at EV chargers on SP Mobility's public network.

8. Do I qualify for the additional free vouchers as long as I charge at least 5 times or 9 times at any SP charger?

The charger must be on SP's public network. Hence, charging at a landlord-owned SP charger (such "landlord-owned" chargers are indicated on the app) or at a condominium will not qualify. Each charging session has to meet a minimum of 20 kWh and be made in the month of August to qualify.

9. How many vouchers will I get if I charge 10 times with a minimum 20 kWh each in August?

You will still receive 2 vouchers of 5 kWh each in September, as long as you charge at least 9 times with a minimum 20 kWh each in August.

10. Are vouchers stackable?

Vouchers may not be stacked, and shall not be valid with other promotions.

11. Can I use the vouchers to offset idle fees?

Charging vouchers can only be used to offset electricity consumed during an EV charging session (kWh) and may not be used to redeem idle fees.

12. Are fleet customers eligible for voucher promotions?

Yes, except for corporate fleet customers who are on a consolidated billing arrangement, i.e. the corporate customer pays for the charging and not the corporate customers' drivers.

13. I can't find my claimed vouchers, what should I do?

Check your available vouchers in the "Usage" screen of the "EV Charging" page.
